Returns/Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your new purchase, you are able to return/exchange it within 21 days of you receiving the purchase, all purchases become final (non-refundable and non-exchangeable) after this time frame. The return/exchange product must be unused. Returns/Exchanges that are damaged or worn may not be accepted.

For the return/exchange item, we suggest you select an insured shipping method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. In lieu of exchanges, simply return the items you wish to exchange, and create a new order for the desired items. Delivery is free on all replacement items; we will dispatch the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.

We strongly encourage you to email us at customercare@caisonline.com with any prior questions or quires, our customer team will respond within 24 hrs to help you. We also suggest you precisely note measurements, material and scale of all products before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Faulty items

We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged (contacted our customer support team within 21 days of receiving product). Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item are out of stock cannot be replaced.
